Small and practical Loft

Small loft apartment with nice view in rural setting. Central between Stavanger and Bergen. 500 meters from E39. 20 minutes to Haugesund and Karmøy. Nice hiking areas One bedroom, small bathroom, open plan living room/kitchen. Sloping on bathroom and parts of living room. Small wall-mounted TV with chromecast The apartment is located in the courtyard on our farm, but is experienced as private. Good parking. Shared entrance with other apartment. Great for accommodation on a business trip, or as a short rest area on the holiday trip.

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.

Walking distance to common beach area and bathing area with ball binge and sand volleyball as well as local grocery store. Fine opportunities for fishing in the area.
