It is possible to follow different paths that from Cadimare, Marola and other nearby places reach Campiglia, a village overlooking the sea. CODICE CITRA:01 1015-LT-0061 The post office is a small, completely renovated house, which was in the past the post office of the town of Cadimare. Despite being a structure of about 40 square meters it is divided into a large room divided into well-organized and intimate rooms where there is a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a large loft with a double futon and a well-equipped walk-in closet. The entrance room leads to a spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower and to the kitchen, small but equipped with all comforts. C'è inoltre un grande soppalco abitabile con un futon matrimoniale ed una cabina armadio ben attrezzata. Dalla stanza di ingresso si accede ad uno spazioso bagno con una confortevole doccia ed alla cucina, piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Uscendo dalla cucina si entra in un grazioso giardino mattonato, e tramite una scala, ad un'ampia terrazza che occupa tutta la superficie superiore della casa stessa; arredata con piante e fiori ; sotto l'ombrellone o sotto la vela si può mangiare o semplicemente prendere il sole godendo dello spettacolo del paese con la sua pineta e del mare. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

The accommodation is located in the center of the small village of Peschiera Maraglio, 50 meters from the pier for the tour of the lake. Nearby there are all the amenities, and 300 meters away is the public beach and a bus stop. The island (the largest of the European lakes) chosen by the most beautiful villages in Italy is located in the center of Lake Iseo surrounded by enchanting mountains that are reflected in the body of water. On the top is the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola from which you can appreciate the beauty of the landscape;nearby the Oldofredi Castle dating back to the 16th century and it is possible to organize with private ferries the tour of the island and the islets of S. Paolo and Loreto. Particularly recommended are walks on the numerous trails on the territory to be done both on foot and by bicycle (with the possibility of renting directly on the spot). You can easily reach :the Franciacorta with its cellars and tastings of fine wines, the archaeological sites of prehistory in the Camonica Valley, the natural park of the Peat bogs of Sebino, the ski slopes of Tonale and Monte Campione.
