Separate Entry, Space All Yours!

Help a stay-at-home mom support her family :). Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. This completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is nestled nicely in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. It's 15 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from the Airport. Plenty of outdoor space. Relax on the patio, BBQ, or help yourself to juicy blackberries right off the vine (July-August)! There's plenty of parking, including space for RVs or other toys. ***Note: In March 2021 work was completed on the underground utilities. The yard is in recovery mode and can be a bit muddy if wet.

Home has one bedroom, with dining area, living room with sofa that turns into a sofa bed and kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sleeps four. Bathroom is off bedroom.

The home is just over a mile to BSU, the Boise river, Downtown, & just a 7 minute drive to the airport. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck, outdoor seating and a BBQ. You are welcome to bring your dogs, they are part of the family too! Please, no cats. There is a $25 dog fee, per dog, per stay.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.
